It causes spasm of the sphincter of Oddi (muscle at the opening of the pancreatic duct into small intestine) and could potentially worsen pain!!  Just a bad idea.  many years ago with significant nausea, vomiting, etc.  Don't plan on taking it again, ever!]]></description>
