You should be told to do this at least 4 times a day and trying to go for walk even if its only 15mins a day. 
  
 You should also be trying to work out what it is that triggers you PA's and working on changing your thinking.

I still try to use some of the techniques now. Yes, I did exercises which were quite involved, really looking at my thought patterns and core beliefs, and then working on ways to challenge them. 			<description><![CDATA[I just started the "Lucinda Bassett" on-line <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Cognitive_Behavioral_Therapy" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Cognitive_Behavioral_Therapy')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Cbt">CBT</a> course. It's very reasonably priced, about $20.00 per month and is great so far. It's a day to day, week to week program with all the bells and whistles.
