Every year under Bush we've been spending far more than we've taken in. This year that number is approaching 1/2 trillion dollars.

Hmm, according to our Central Intelligence Agency, our total debt has increased by a half trillion dollars every year since 2003.
Our own Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) call these numbers unsustainable. I'd say this was a national security issue.
