I'm not feeling too hot today, but I'll get over it.
I'm down to 193 pounds- which is awesome. I'm doing sit-ups everyday, so I'm hoping I'm loosing some inches around my waist. Last week on wed. I was only able to do 34 sit-ups total in two minutes, which is the amout of time you get during an Army Phycial Training Test [PT test.]- and was only about to do 15 sit-ups stra...

The story so far:
As you are aware from reading previous journal entries, I have 6 months ago I bought a house in the US just before it went into ressession. Now it seems my company has no alternative but to send me to Switzerland and I am not a US national.

I think that maybe this new added med might just be doing something. My VA shrink added Wellbutrin hoping that it might help with my lack of energy. May be it is helping. I don't really feel like I am any more ambitious, but I don't feel like I just don't have any energy to do anything.

This state stinks. We are always in the red financially and its like we're getting more commie everyday. Arnold Kennedy will soon cry like a gurlyman to the federal government to bail us out. I've talked about the little old lady that lives next door who had been
involved in an attempt to take some of my property.
The sad thing for her is that not only has the value, of the property she
wants to sell, dropped dramatically, but also
she told me once, that her money - the money she has to live on -

Drip, drip. Drip, drip.
It's raining outside. Like really, really raining. The type of rain that engulfs all other noise and creates flash floods. It won't last for long, though. Nothing does. I cant sleep. I feel like the walking dead. I've been getting about two hours sleep. ON A GOOD DAY. most of the time i dont sleep at all. Its too much for me.
Ive tried everything to get to sleep. Melatonin, aromatherapy, breathing excercises, white noise, calming machines, you name it. The only thing that worked for me was Trazodone. But then me, being the smartest person alive, overdose...1 Recommendation1 Comment -

Now that I'm feeding the kittens just before I go to bed at night they are starting to sleep all night if it stays quiet. Of course now is the time of year when it get's cold enough that I need to start getting up at least once or twice a night to feed the stove. Everybody has down periods from time to time even somebody working on developing a positive attitude like me. The key thing is that there for you when you are up against it.
Recently I have been suffereing with lack of sleep. I seem to wake up at 5 AM everyday at the moment for no apparent reason.
