...My fiancé plays neocron on the net and I find it totally boring as hell. He loves army games like rome total war and age of empires, that sort of thing. I realised he was addicted the day I came downstairs dressed in suspenders and stockings told him to come up stairs and before he'd got off the computer I was already asleep. I do see the appeal as I play the sims a lot and go on neopets a lot too, but not to the detriment of my fiancé or my family. We have two very young children 3 and 1. I just feel like I'm competing with a PC most of the time. It doesn't help that he also has a sex/porn addiction so if I go to bed he logs off his game and goes on chat web sites and stuff. We are at the moment separated but hopefully he'll be OK and we can get back together.
Has anyone else played neocron and could somebody explain to me why my fiance would choose a game or chatting to someone on line when he has me waiting upstairs in bed for him??? I really don't get it!!! Posted on 06/27/08, 08:06 am |
