Are you addicted to it?
Personally, I think that everyone's entitled to their own pursuit of happiness. If playing that game makes you happy, does not hurt anyone else (especially those that you love) and it is not a destructive force in your life (i.e. you're not lying about it, missing work or school for it and it does not make you feel guilty) then why not? I wouldn't say you're doing a bad thing unless you KNOW you're doing a bad thing, if you know you're addicted and you're playing anyway.
