I'm not feeling too hot today, but I'll get over it.
I'm down to 193 pounds- which is awesome. I'm doing sit-ups everyday, so I'm hoping I'm loosing some inches around my waist. Last week on wed. I was only able to do 34 sit-ups total in two minutes, which is the amout of time you get during an Army Phycial Training Test [PT test.]- and was only about to do 15 sit-ups stra...

Ok, so mom is back along with my anxiety and shyness. Its funny how I could sleep so hard when she was gone, but now I can hardly sleep at all again. She just brings depression with her. I'm not feeling much improved.
I'm still heavy, and not in a mindset to be productive and do the things I need to do.
I miss some of the past, because I had some great times and I miss those dearly.
I need more positives in my life - but this pain tries to tear at my heels.

Hello All Its been almost a week since I wrote and its been a rough week. Sunday I relax and watch football, Monday I did exercises and run in place for two minutes and watch football. Tuesday was PT day and time for Doug to be back from leave. Doug and Jon both talk to me about doing PT.
