" Im speaking for myself but am sure all vets agree that we wore the uniform and fought for our nation because we love it. Please remember the old saying "freedom is not free," it takes the strong and willing to keep it free. In any military a person gives up his or her freedoms that everyone else takes for granted and fights so everyone else can keep those freedoms.
There are a lot of vets who arent 100% home yet or have bad memories of the crises they were in. Dont crusify them, listen to them and try to understand the pain they constantly encounter.
Just remember one thing, America is a land of the people, by the people and for the people. God bless America "

" I would like to "THANK A VET" & all "VETS" who served all across the world.

As I'm in Australia, we celebrated ANZAC Day on April 25, we also have a Remberance Day on 11 November.

Thankyou & welcome home to all of you for being who you are & what you did & what you will remembered for.

Hugs charisma "

" I have quoted this until Hell won't have it, I never cared much about Hell. I was there, and I was not impressed.

In the old Labrary and Courts building on Sacramento's Capital Mall, there is an altar in the foyer. The inscription on the altar reads:

"This House of Peace shall stand while men fear not to die in its defense"

Across the way in Capital Park stands the Memorial to the Vietnam War Dead from California. On one of the panels is PFC Terry L. Joslin. He was in Plt 3053 with me. Instantly killed by 122mike mike rocket fifteen minutes after arrival at Mag 16 in Decamber, 1969. Out of three of us from Sacramento, He was the Old Man. He was 21, and had a wife and little daughter. Honor to the memory of this Brother Marine, and all those who left their lives as a measure of their love for our own home dirt. If we forget, May God's curse fall upon us. Semper Fidelis "

" Mean't to add this to for all Vets....

The men & women who serve our countries deserve better treatment than what they recieve.
