What's going on? what should I do?

I have one problem which I think is definately linked to my diet and one which I'm not sure, but really need some advice about and couldn't find a group for.
First. I've been vegetarian for 6 years and am mostly vegan now except for a few eggs layed by our own chickens. I've been tired and weak for what seems like several years, I've thought to be linked with feeling depressed (that's what the doctor said, and also did a blood test to be sure, about a year ago.) but I feel like I'm getting weaker and weaker. It's happening very slowly, so I've not really taken any notice, but I realise now that I used to be able to walk up the stairs without my legs burning with pain, walk into town without stopping several times, wake up without aching and feeling heavy, slow and tired. I don't want to take supplements, but also I'm fed up with aching and being tired and I worry that it's affecting my brain, making it slow and less functional. I want to know what I can do without taking supplements. I have a small diet and it would be hard to increase it alot. I weight 6 stone 5 my family say I'm too thin, but medicly I don't think I'm underweight for my height.
The second thing happened yesterday and is more of a general health issue, but I'm a bit frightened by it. It's happened 2 times. I was in the bath for a while, I opened the window because I don't like getting too hot, I had a glass of water. I didn't feel ill at all. When I got out my vision went completely, there was a loud buzzing in my ears, I felt painfully dizzy and sick and I fell over onto the floor which is where I had to stay, I was unable to stand and then I was sick a few times until there was nothing more to come up. It felt as though I was dying, it felt unbearable I thought I had been poisoned somehow (the last time it happened I thought it must have been carbon monoxide or something. Then after I was sick I started to feel better. But I'm a bit worried, and other people are worried. I have poor circulation and probable reynauds disease.
I hope someone can help, advise or shed some light?

" I used to get really dizzy and get buzzing in my ears during hot showers if I was in there too long, or didn't open a window or door to let all the steam out. A few times I came close to passing out. I met another person once who had the same thing.

All I can say is ask your doctor PLEASE! "

" Have you been checked for anemia? If you haven't been supplementing with iron over the last 6 years, you could be anemic. I have suffered with anemia on and off for over 10 years now and it makes you tired and if you blood count gets low enough, can make you dizzy as well. Definitely get to a doctor ASAP and find out what exactly is going on so you can start feeling good again. Best wishes! "

" I'm not sure what your height is and I'm not very familiar with the British units of measure. However, 6 stone for us would only be 84 pounds (I don't know how many pounds that 5 translates into), and that's not considered a healthy weight for most adults in the U.S. It's possible that you may be suffering from malnourishment.

I agree with everyone else that you should definitely see a doctor for this. Any time you fall over in pain and cannot get up, you should probably get medical advice. Also, I'm not really sure why you don't want to take supplements, but that's how many (probably most) vegans and vegetarians stay healthy. I take a multi-vitamin, iron and B-12 (when I can remember). You should probably at the very least take a daily vitamin. "
