Hormone Therapy

I am very frustrated at the moment. After talking to both of my doctors, we all agreed to try a low dose of hormone therapy to see if maybe this would help in junpstarting my interest and desire of having some kind of a active sex life with my husband. well I went to go pick up my perscription and for a three month supply it is going to cost me $360.00!!! Seems that my insurance company will not cover it. I do not know why as of yet. I will be calling them to see what the problem is and if there is anything that can be done about this. Just when it looks like there may be some light at the end of the tunnel it gets taken away. Thanks for letting me vent some before talking to the insurance company. Maybe the doctors can give me some samples if I can not get anything from the insurance company. Anybody got any suggestions or ideas on what to do next?

" I don't know what State you are in. In the State I am in you can go to the "county hospital" and go into their ob/gyn clinics. Depending on your financial situation, you can get "free" or "low cost" prescriptions. I was sick for two years and could not work and they are allowing me to make only
$10.00 a month payments. I pay more when am able, or I will never get it paid off, but it is finance free. If you live somewhere where you have a medical care center such as that, perhaps they will work with your insurance for the doctor bill and allow you to make payments on your prescriptions. Just thought it might be something you could look into. "
