Question..can constipation cause urinary incon?

is it possible that my constipation and often hard stools and my dribbles related? ive read that constipation could be a source of urinary troubles because the stool presses on the urinary system.. i dont know.. in that case..detrol may acually exasterbate the problem since a side effect of detrol is constipation..

any insight would be appreciated.
