Indeed you do belong here. If you have not checked this out with a urologist, please do so at your earliest convenience. Incontinence is a symptom with a long list of possible causes. Some are minor and easily managed; others can be life-threatening if left uncontrolled. Only a urologist competent in incontinence issues can tell the difference.
