I am 13 weeks pregnant. When I was 8 weeks pregnant I had my first ultrasound, and the doctor said that it was only one baby. Last Sunday in the morning I was bleeding a lot, I went to the emergency room, and the doctor did an US, and then we saw the two babies, they are all right, they move a lot, and they're heart rate is 158 and 156. When she check me, she said that she saw old blood. I had the Rhogam shot, because my blood type. I didn't have spotting before, and now I've been spooting for 4 days. I went yesterday to the clinic, and the doctor did another ultrosound, the babies are all right, and he told me to rest for two weeks. I feel so worry and scare.

Try to take it easy. I think we all have been on bedrest at some point during the pregnancy. Follow your doctors orders and don't do more just because you feel better.
