So, I had thought I was keeping my spirits up so far, but since they gave me my c-section date I've been depressed. It's so much further than I had originally been told and I feel uncomfortable constantly. I'm in pain all the time and I haven't slept more that an hour at a time for weeks. I feel like I have no incentive to get out of bed in the morning. Does anyone have advice on how to get out of the end of pregnancy slump?

have you talked to your doc about this yet? i went through something similar, but in the end i was able to help convice my doc to move my induction date up a week since the babies were doing good. you need to tell your doc about this b/c your mental health is as important as your physical health and if you are depressed or in a slump the doc needs to know.
