Stroller and Car seat recommendations

What brand and model of car seats and strollers do you recommend? There is so much confusing info out there and I am beginning to feel overwhelmed!!! I would appreciate any advice you have such as do I need a travel system and am I going to have to get a bigger car to tote my little ones around or not? I currently drive a 4 door Honda Accord and I don't know if it is going to cut it or not. Now is really not the time to buy a van or car because we are trying to finish our house before our boys come. Thanks isn advance for the advice!!!

" I think you'll be just fine with the car. We have a Hyundai Elantra and the girls fit just fine. In fact it may be roomier than our crossover. I would get the Graco Snugride carseats and a snapn'go stroller for the first few months. I know Graco has a snugride tandem travel system at babies r us that sreally cute, light blue and gray. it can get cumbersome but so nice and easy when they're snoozing to just snap them into the stroller without waking them up! " We upgraded to a van, but we also have a 5 year old. We bought a toyota sienna...if you've gotta get a van I would strongly suggest that one!
We are using the Peg Perego Duette stroller. It looks like a lot of work, but set up and take down (the seats come completely off the base) is super easy. It is actually easier than the stroller I had with our first. The stroller seats come right off too. We actually haven't used the stroller seats yet, as our twins aren't out of their infant car seats yet. All you have to do it lift them out of the vehicle and they snap right onto the stroller base. So easy.
You also can't beat the steering wheel on it! You need it with those double strollers. The tires are also big enough and tough enough to handle different terrains (including winter).
We use the Primo Vallagio SIP seats.
The peg perego stroller is more expensive than all the regular brands (graco or whatever), but is well worth the money if you are going to be using it a lot.
We actually bought the car seats off eBay (brand new)...definetly something to look at! "

" Your car will be fine. I have a Toyota Corolla. It's a ;ittle tight, but it works. We are looking at buying a Sienna.

We have the Graco DuoGlide and love it! The carseats attach to the stroller for when they are little. We got ours at Target and Babies'r'us sells them too. It is very easy to collapse and manuever. "

" I totally agree with everyone. Your car is fine. I mean it is tight but totally doable. As far as car seats and strollers, I have the Graco duo glide and graco snugride carseats. They are perfect. you can find them everywhere and the are super easy the move around and the stroller is easy to fold and get around. Still get what works for you. good luck with your two little ones. "

" I have a VW SUV and the Graco duo glide I think....it is brown and green and has matching car seats....anyway...the stroller is monsterous and that is the only that fits in the back end....it won't even fit in DH's trunk but he has a little Audi A4. I love the stroller though, it moves so nice and is so easy to manuever....the only thing I HATE about it is the basket underneath....the dumb thing breaks everytime I open it up and I spend more time fighting with it trying to get it to collapse than getting the babies in....so frustrating...not much choice out there for us moms of multiples so good luck with your pick!
