I am now 26w 5d w/twin girls. I feel like they are dropping already and like a pushing pain inside.What could be the cause of this? I have went into pre term labor twice now. I have no idea what is happening.

i'd be going to your doctor now.
if you feel like pushing, you might be dilated, or might need something. but i'd be going to the hospital....especially since you said you're already been in preterm labour twice. you want those babies staying in there.

I would definately make a b-line for the nearest hospital. Worst case senerio they tell you it's nothing and you have that reassurance. I'm a big fan of the listen to your body it'll tell you if something isn't right.
