Hey Ladies,
I just stopped taking my birth control about 3 weeks ago and I feel dizzy during the day, nauseous sometimes, menstrual type cramps, and im ery irretable. Yes, I had the exact same symptoms when I went off mine. I think it's the change in hormones. I kept thinking i was crazy or had to be pregnant but i never was. Hang in there it gets better!

I just recently went off birth control as well (been on it for almost 12 years) and have the same symptoms!! I keep thinking that I may be prego (even though I know Im not). I am happy to know that I am not the only one feeling crazy!! :):):)
