I have found a dentist who actually knows how to effectively treat TMJ, chronic pain, headaches, migraines, and trigeminal neuralgia without drugs or surgery. His treatment is relatively inexpensive and it provides lifelong pain relief. I just started seeing him and he is AMAZING. Both of my TMJoints are dislocated and the discs are missing. Well, this sure does look miraculous. I wish I lived a bit closer to Milwakee. Please keep us updated on how it does for you! I know some of us have tried other "miraculous cures" and been very dissapointed, but after reading through information on this site, I think it does make sense and maybe will be a solution for some of us. For those not living in the Milwaukee area, please contact the office, either by phone or via the web site. Either the staff or Dr. Seymour will contact you directly. They may be able to refer you to another practitioner in your area that practices this method. Or, since he is just finishing writing a book on this, he might be able to share it with interested practitioners you know. Dr. Seymour is more than willing to go that extra mile to help people. He is not in this for the money. He is in this because he too had suffered from chronic pain (TMJ/headaches/TN) for 30 years. This is why he worked so hard to figure out the cause and solution. He really does understand and care. I really want other people to know about him, so they can at least talk to his office and see if they can find help locally. Love and hugs to everyone. I did this treatment in Oregon for TMJ/TMD and TN.
I spent about six thousand dollars on all the computer DX The bottom mouth guard and the treatments in the office. And At first it helped but then about 8 months later it was worse. It was the most comfortable mouth guard I've had made But I could still clench. Now he wants to make me a new mouth guard. I also do PT twice a week and might do lidocaine injections in the trigeminal nerve.

well, i have had the splint since wednesday and my TN, facial, migraine, tension headaches, neck, shoulder, pain has gone from a severe 10 down to a 2. i am amazed! i can sleep at night. i wake up without kinks in my neck. no more TN, jaw or facial pain when i wake up, or at all during the day. no more headaches of any kind, including tensions headaches. i find this to be a miracle. i never imagined this to be possible. so, i just wanted to let you all know there is hope for pain relief out there. sure, there is the trade off of eating soft foods until all the nerve and joints heal. but, that is no big deal, especially considering it is enhancing my weight loss efforts. so, this is really working out well, all things considered. so, there is hope, even when you think there is none and you are at the end of the rope.
