yep, I get it round my lower jaw on the left side, my lip also droops from time to time, it can make drinking quite difficult.

Thanks for your reply. Turns out the swelling got completely out of control and I had an emergency root canal this am. I hope it makes things better.

When I have an attack the entire left side of my face swells from the neck right on up. Happens that's where it hurts too. I look pretty funny all lop-sided like that!

I have swelling under my left eye and on the left cheek.I've been to the eye doctor and the ENT and they didn't find anything.
My TN flare up is on the left side and it's killing me.So I guess the swelling must be from that?????????? It looks like someone slugged me. AHHH!!!
