I have Occipital Neuralgia and really need advice on what med work. I am on Elavil, Topamax, Skelaxin now and nothing is helping me. Would really appreciate any advice!

" I've been on neurontin, then lyrica, I take amitriptyline with tramadol and paracetamol. The Amitriptyline helps me sleep thru the night. lyrica has reduced pins and needles... I think they all work differently for everyone. "
