" Absolutely, you can have most or all of your eyelashes back if you stop now. Answer these questions: 1) What are you nervous about?
2) Is there someone in your life right now or a group of people that you feel criticized by? Dissapproved of by? (I ask this because this is a huge trigger for me and others have said it is for them too, so maybe it is for you)3) What time or times of day are the worst for you? When do you pull the most? Is it because you're tired and you should be sleeping but can't because you're anxious? If so, can you take an herbal supplement to help you try and sleep and try going to sleep when you're that tired. Try journaling everything you're feeling and why and then try and find a healthier way to think and deal with your feelings. Use a cool cloth on your tired irritated eyes instead of pulling. Put lotion on your hands and lightweight cotton gloves when you go to bed. If that doesn't work, put baby oil on your hands so your finger tips are very slippery and you can't grip the hairs. Are you missing important nutrients your body needs? If so, take some supplements if possible. I take GABA with Amino Acids, Vitamin B supplements are great for stress and be sure to drink lots of water, get plenty of exercise and get the right amount of sleep. I remember how I was when I was your age with discipline, it was a four letter word and still can be! LOL : ) Discipline is not your enemy. If you can discipline yourself to do these things and take care of yourself you'll be so far ahead!! You'll start feeling better about yourself in no time. It's a vicious circle isn't it? We don't feel good about ourselves so we pull and then we feel even worse about ourselves and we just continue spiraling downward. It takes some time and determination to turn that downward spiral into an upward progression. If you look at this and make a plan, find out what works for you and determine in your heart/mind that you can do it and make up your mind to do it, you will. I am praying for you!!! You can do this!! I want to see you on your pull free a month and a half from now with 40 days pull free and at least some of your eyelashes grown in for school. You can do it! "

" Putting oil on your lashes at night will nourish them and help them to grow back in better condition....not so brittle.......just a footnote on what Connie has already suggested. "
