I pick my skin too! Ugh! I know this sounds terrible, but I've been really grateful that I've been getting zits on my scalp so I can pick those where they can't be seen instead of my face. The name for skin picking is Dermatillomania! This was a good post.
I'm glad you're not cutting any more!! Now let's see if we can all help each other not pull or pick, right? I'm here for you guys!

Yeah, I will pick at my scalp sometimes. I know, it's gross!

I used to cut too.
The pulling started six years ago, about three years later I started to cut and pull. (but the pulling had become less) I gave up the cutting, it's been three years and two months since that. I bite my nails, not so much anymore, usually just the skin around them. Good on you for stopping cutting! I think if we can overcome the cutting, we can beat this!

I bite my lips and the inside of my cheeks until they bleed It's similar to pulling my hair. I obsess over it and try to bite at the 'right' spots. Weird.
