Honestly, how many of you find your hand wondering to pull your hair when you are on this site? Computer time is sometimes the worst time for me.

" Computer time is very high risk for me. I wear gloves (thin white cotton ones like you get at the beauty store so hands don't sweat) when I'm on the comp or telephone "

" Very good idea Vanna11, I'm afraid I wouldn't have the willpower to keep them on, I'd probably take them off! "

" I have a stress ball that I keep in my hand when not typing.

I have to say that I now have a full set of lashes. They still need to get longer but they are there. The hardest part was the first week. After the end of the 2nd week I didn't want to pull them. I was proud of them. Hate to say I still do my brows, but one baby step at a time. I've proven to myself I CAN do it!!!

Just find something to keep your left hand busy. (your right hand is on the mouse...lol) when you are not typing.

Or try putting band aids (plasters) on your pulling fingers. You can still type but it makes it harder to pull. If you are a scalp puller they say to keep it pulled back in a ponytail with maybe a scarf tied over that? I don't know I do lashes/brows. "
