I am right handed, but I pull my hair exclusively with my left hand. It seems like my left hand has a mind of its own - can't be stopped. I wonder sometimes if I could break my hand would that stop the cycle? Anyone else?

tha's nuts, I pull with my right and I'm lefty all the way... I always wondered why I pull with my right and even tried with my left, it just doesn't feel right that way. Glad I'm not alone with that one.
Don't go breaking your hand...lol...I've tried gloves too, but fuck it, I need my hands to breath.

i mainly do it with my right hand, but i will do it with my left sometimes... especially if i am using my right hand to move my mouse.

I am right handed and it is ALWAYS with my right hand! That is why sometimes I find it I can sit and journal instead I can stop, but most of the time I find that I have my journal and my pen in my lap and I am still pulling away!

This is strange but I pull my hair with my right hand and my lashes with the left. I think it's because the nails on my left hand are a little longer and makes it easy pinch and pull my lashes.

I do everything with both...there are no difference in "pleasure" becuz i feel nuthin when i pull...no pleasure and no pain...i just do it...its like icantremember said..ur hands are alive and they eat hair...

Both but I try not to pull with the right hand too much as I always go to the same spot which is pretty bald. If I haven't pulled too much from that spot lately I'll let myself do it - so dumb.
