Ok so I just started doing this and it sort of works. I think it might only be good for days when you'll be around the house, but I know for me that's when I do it the most. Anyway, I put a big gob of vaseline on my bald spot that I like to pick at and pull from. That way, if I try to, my fingers get all gross and then I have to wash my hands. Just thought this might help some others out there.

see my problem is, i don't have a certain bald spot i do it from all over the "southern hemisphere" of my head so i would have to like lather my whole head with vasieline. even though that might smell good. it would be weird. haha. but good tip though
