I dont know what to tell the school, should i say, that he has exhibited some vocal tics, and that they should be aware or should i say nothing.. i am scared..

Depending on the severity and the type of vocal tics that should determine what ya do. for me i tend to cough and sputter a lil so no big deal but if it is more along the lines of outbursts I think it would be good to alert teachers. there's no harm in letting them know. Infact due to my excessive twitching I had to tell my teachers all the time in grade school

When we first suspected something we told Wesley's teacher. I think that other than us (his parents) she was the one person that should know and had a right to know. With TS, you never know when something will just come up out of the blue and you do want to make sure his teacher doesn't just think it is bad behavior. That will just insure that he gets disciplined for something that he may not be able to control.
Please talk to the teacher.
