Don't worry so much about it, always try to stay calm, just think you have now joined a rather exclusive club, lol. I was diagnosed when I was 10, I am now 34, my tourette's didn't abate when I became an adult, and it still waxes and wanes according to certain types of stress. I have learned ways of dealing, and focusing that cause the tic's to decrease a little, I have no doubt that you will also be able to do the same thing.
