About a year ago my boyfriend noticed that when I would sleep I would grind my teeth. I thought that can't be true until I actually caught myself doing it. " No sense in wondering how it started. It is involuntary as I am sure a lot of us could will it to go away. Take a deep breath. Talk to your dentist. They know about this topic. They can build you a night guard. It can save your teeth. They are spendy but well worth it. Good luck. You are not alone. "
