really tired today. somtimes i wonder if meds make things worse and make me so tired i hate them. hope there geting bored with me becuz only got messed with 2 times today but called lot names. didnt cry this time but i cut really bad 7 times on my side. i still want do more but so tired. hope can go tomorow to therapy. still sad other family didnt want me. they were nice and i liked them. sad i w...

Hi guys its 4.16am and i should be asleep but ive had a fair bit of anxiety recently so.... anyway im gonna try and get some sleep but im ok.
im still seeing chris on a daily basis but nothing has come of it yet. I like him alot IN FACT i like him loads and loads! LOL
But being is freind is cool too,.

Ive ben kinda feeling anxious of late, i think its because ive been having late nights again and not enough sleep, so tonight im going to make sure i get a good sleep and try and get back into my routine cos theres no way im going back to how i was !
