Does anyone ese have nightmares when they grind there teeth at night? I dream about my teech falling out or something really awful happening to my mouth. Its terrible and can be painful!

" yeah for sure, bruxism is caused, or is a cause of sleep disorder. i had a sleep study done and my heart rate jumped up to 120 bpm through the night. thats like running full speed!.....id say im having nightmares "
