Has anyone else worn down there teeth from grinding? I have, my bottom teeth are pretty bad. I hate this...i wake up and my mouth is sore, and i'm like clenching my jaws...and i have to actually tell myself to stop clenching...i don't know why this happens. I have bought a nightguard, but can't seem to keep it in because it makes me gag...i don't know what to do about this...any suggestions?

" I also grind my teeth and especially my bottom teeth. I wake up every morning with a soar mouth and jaw. mouth guards are very hard to sleep with but they are necessary. I would recommend a soft mouth guard they are more comfortable. "
