Hi Becca, I would love to live next to Niagara Falls but since I don't the next best thing for me is the shower. I stand there and go ahhhh, relief. When i go to the gym i wear ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones and play my ipod at a low to medium volume. I can still hear the high pitched teapot t. I have you covered on the crickets, ringing...no squeaky car brakes but a have a 747 ready to take off.

I have maskers all over my house and I have a travel version as well. For reading and napping I use the "Distractor", a little hearing aid like device that fits in my ear and plays white noise. I'd go nuts without these.
