Has anyone tried valerian root for the anxiousness cause from T? Valerian is used against sleeping disorders, restlessness and anxiety, and as a muscle relaxant. I have some and have taken it a few times and it really helps relax me and lessens my anxiety caused by the T. Some internet sites say that some people have to take it a while for it to start working(like weeks), but for me 30 minutes later I am feeling better. T is even softer in the left ear, or I perceive it to be quiter anyway?? It relaxes me and also makes me a bit sleepy. So be careful if you want to try it. I get mine from Wonder Laboratories online and they call their version, Valerin. You do not need a prescription for this, as it is made from the Valerian plant. You can get withdrawals from it if you take it over long periods, so I try not to take it often. But when I am having a bad T noise day and cannot cope to well, it does help. Anyone else try it?
