Thyroglobulin Level after Thyrogen
Watch this

I recently had thyrogen injections which purposely raised my TSH level to over 200 to see what my thyroglobulin level was without suppression of the TSH. Well, my doctor says that I still have thyroid cancer cells in my body even though they aren't showing up on my scans. My level was 0.9 he said that at 2.0 they usually call it recurrence. I am 15 months past my total thyroidectomy. I would appreciate any information that anyone has. Thanks

" I can relate, I had total thyroidectomy on June 9th, check thyroglobulin level 5 days post and it was 235. I checked it a week later and it was 45. I just recently had my levels checked again after thyrogen shots and also the day of RAI treatment for papillary carcinoma. They're ruling out lung mets. "
