" Hi JJizdancin, you seem very mature for you age. The friend's son I know with a brain tumour doesn't live near me but I'm kept up to date by email. He has regular ct scans and at the moment it is not growing,so that's good "

" Just wanted to check in and say hey to everyone here. I had brain cancer in college and it's 11 years later. What helped me get through it was meeting other people who understood what I was going through - so I started a new kind of advocacy group to help us socially network through resources you'd never know about if you searched Google. Check out http://ImTooYoungForThis.org and let me know what you think. I hope it helps you out. I know I wish I had something like this back when I was in treatment. Rock on, Matthew Zachary "

" i was diagnosed with pre-cancerous cervical cancer 1 week after my 19th birthday. i am now going on 21 this coming june. i am scared out of my mind as to how i will cover the costs of everything. i haven't been to a real dr since i had the cells frozen back in the end of june 2006, i have been to clinics but don't have medical coverage as the companies want way too much money, money i don't have. i'm having the hardest time getting anything from the state too. i've been going to clinics but they can't do all the tests and it scares me because i am scared i will die from it before i even get to become a mother or even have my wedding. i am engaged to be married and trying to get married before this berats me. i lost a lot of fam,ily to cancer and am scared i will be next.
