I was wondering if it's illegal to like flash or be nude on web cam.

it's illegal if your under 18 but you have to be on specific sites that allow you to expose yourself that way. What the punishment may be, I am not sure.

it depends. if your doing it with a bf or privately, it is not illegal so long as there is no knowledge outside of the ppl it concerns. if you mean to do it on a sex site, then it is hard to enter anyway.
