my friends have no clue what an anxiety attack is and i try to explain it but they dont get it, i feel so different from them i mean im the only one who has to cry for an hour before going somewhere they just dont get how bad it can be, i need some help explaining it to them cause they are not grasping what im trying to say and i no they want to help but they cant cause they dont understand it, any advice on how to explain it?

Remember, everything happens for a reason and it does always start with something. Even if it's something small, it's still something that contributes to your panic attacks, and you need that to be helped. "

" mine didn't understand either but I explained to them the actual physical feelings that went along with it. I tried to explain that there's something that triggers it. Just keep trying, and if they're good friends they'll keep trying to understand :] stick in there! "
