ok this is kind of random but does anyone else find supermarkets a big trigger for anxieties, I hate all the people with the trolleys and the like chaos eugh it's horrible

i get really upset in supermarkets also well wenever i'm in a store actually i hate it alot i think alot of people are affraid of going into stores and resturaunts and all that

i find it very hard 2go anywhere shop wise, im finding that even if the shops empty i still hate going into it :S, id say if u want 2over come ur anxiety of supermarkets maby try going into 1with a really gd mate or some1 u feel comfy with, it might help ya x
