I mean since I was a little kid I felt this way, it's been such a battle for me through out life. I was never the same as anyone else. I'm Mix let me start at that, and everywhere I went never felt that I fit in or that anyone would really accept me. I never been sure about much of any thing I do, and how to make the best decision. I never not thought on a decision I made and felt like dang, do I regret that?

Has anyone felt tat way? or still does? If you don't what helped you?

" It takes me a while to make decisions alot because im so indecisive, but thinking them through is a good idea. Also, sometimes people should not regret some decisions because they wanted it at some time. We learn from our mistakes too, which make us stronger..and everyone makes mistakes "

" I feel like that all of the time. I have a very hard time making decisions, I worry about what others think about me. I am always thinking about what is going to happen at any place or time. The therapist suggested to start jouneling, but I actually started writing poems, it helps get the emotions out from inside without it really have to make any since. I do how what you are going through. If you ever need to talk I am here!

" I feel the same way, but unfortnately i hav no soultion for our shared problems.

One thing depression has done for me is help me reflect on the past.

I keep a journal because I have trouble remembering a lot. You should try it.

it helps organize your thoughts and you can look back and see how you were and who you have become "
