I know I get to the point of making myself sick when I procrastinate, (especially on papers and projects) but I never seem to do anything about it. I can plan for weeks but actually getting anything physically done doesn't happen.
So while the procrastinating doesnt seem to be going away any time soon, any suggestions about controlling the anxiety? Posted on 02/22/08, 01:02 am |

how about usuing the goal page to help with procrationation. I make myself sick over things to. I also hate it.

well i can say that i do the exact same thing and its reli not an easy thing to stop doing. i guess just try to look at it like if u reli dont like having a panic attack or an axiety attack then you'll get it done faster . i can say from personal experience that once the panic attacks get reli bad youll do pretty much anything to prevent them

These problems haunted me in school also. I had to force myself to do my homework or any other thing that had to do with school. This maybe a symptom of the depression and anxiety. Reaching out to God is a good start in dealing with these things. I have medication for my anxiety and depression. Knowing Jesus on a personal level does far more than any medication.

why dont u set small goals that way u feel acomplished with every little one u do. its an easy way to make urself feel good. and try to stay on track. dont let distractions get in ur way. =)
