Would it be better to go to a dentist that works in conjunction with a physical therapist....or an oral surgeon? I found both of these in my area that treat TMJ and am trying to decide which one to make an appt. with. Thanks

" My dentist that i see works with a physical therapist I go to therapy 3xs a week... we are making some progress but its very slow... the ultrasound seems to release the muscle spasms. my problem is its just not lasting... "
