" Because there are not really any answers or solutions to why we feel this crappy. Most people in our lives can't understand how something they can't see can hurt us so much. so we walk around in pain all day- PAIN=DEPRESSION. I have tried to stop focusing on the pain. Its hard- but when I try to concentrate on positive things I feel better. Hang in there- look for the little things that make you happy:)
