Is there anything non-surgical to do for the headaches? I wear a splint 24-7, but nothing seems to help.

On a car trip one time, I went to sleep with my head against the passenger side window.. the vibration did relieve it to a point and I did sleep for a while.. Sure, I know that sounds funny, but when you are in pain you try anything. "
