PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you can take a few minutes to fill out the following survey! I am going to submit it to Tomorrow's Child which is the state of Michigan's organization for bereaved parents of infants here. This isn't just a Michigan thing, I really REALLY need as much responses as possible to really have it make a difference here. I want to give them an honest account of what resources are offered to bereaved parents around the world. Some of the questions are rather wordy, I appologize because I had a 10 question limit. If there is anything you can not answer or plainly do not want to, just type n/a on the respective line. There are some tough questions and again I appologize!!!!!!!! If you can't answer,it is okay! I appreciate any help you can offer!!! Just an FYI I have it set to where your IP addresses are not being saved and it's anonymous, I want them to know we are real and so are our angels!!! I really want this to make a difference and I really can not do it with out your help!!!! I can't get Nicholas's legacy rolling without you guys behind me here! HUGS and LOVE to you all!!!!!!! http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx... Posted on 07/21/08, 09:07 pm |
