" I understand where you are coming from. I believe most of my health problems are due to my high stress levels. I am just now really trying to start to get my stress under control.

I suggest that you find some time DAILY for yourself. Do something that you enjoy. Physical activity, if you are able, is a good choice because of all the positive health benefits. I am going to be starting yoga next week so we'll see how it helps.

Another thing is just being able to vent when needed. I have found this site to be very helpful and supportive in the few days I have been coming. If you have a family member or friend who you can talk to that would also be good.

Another idea is trying relaxtion therapies such as massage and mediation.

Sorry my reply is so late but I just saw your post. I have learned the hard way that you MUST take care of yourself. No one else is going to do it for you. "
