I'm not feeling too hot today, but I'll get over it.
I'm down to 193 pounds- which is awesome. I'm doing sit-ups everyday, so I'm hoping I'm loosing some inches around my waist. Last week on wed. I was only able to do 34 sit-ups total in two minutes, which is the amout of time you get during an Army Phycial Training Test [PT test.]- and was only about to do 15 sit-ups stra...

My first Manic Episode: Chapter 1
I am sitting on a chair at my friend’s house. I was feeling fine until I took my prescribed dose of my meds. The doctor raised them because I was depressed, suicidal, and anxious. I found out yesterday that I have PCOS. It was my first appointment with the RE and I guess now I know more than I knew before I went. He wants to do a laparoscopy and ovarian Diathermy (spelled wrong); I have to call them when I get my period. I need go and take a fasting insulin resistence lab yesterday. I hope that went ok. My son is in football now, he is going to turn 10 this month and is becoming a little man. I am very proud of him. After the first game they played Saturday where the lost I overheard him tell one of his team mates, "It's OK man, we did our best. we learned how to beat um next time"

Ick.... a sister with a very bad herniated disc. Four kids to care for. I lost a day of work due to it. (She visited with neurosurgeons, 2 today).
