" Congrats on SIX SMOKE FREE MONTHS! That is indeed a marvelous milestone to be celebrating. For me, the first six months seemed to take forever because of all of the brain retrain stuff but it was also exciting to watch my skin go from ashy gray to a nice healthy color, watch teeth get whiter, regain a good deal of my sense of smell and taste, etc. The next six months flew by and I think this may happen for you too. Keep up the great quit and guard it with your life because you are so very worth it! "
