We have talked much about how smoking feels good stuff and that is what makes it difficult to leave. So much so that many replied "ayes" to the question if that whether they will start smoking if they had just one year to live. I ask all of you what are the things you can enjoy now as a result of being a non-smoker. I will start:

1. Enjoying the deliciousness of good food without a desensitized and burnt mouth.
