" Hi Heather,
It may be too much nicotine. Instead of the inhaler, try using straws cut in half. You can hold it like a cig,and it is a good hand-mouth substitute. After 4 months quit, I still carry a few in my purse.
Lots of luck,
Deb "

" There is such a thing as "Nicotine Overdose" I dont want to scare you but here are Overdose symptoms: nausea; vomiting; diarrhea; stomach pain; cold sweat; headache; dizziness; problems with hearing or vision; confusion; uneven heartbeats; chest pain; seizures; and death.

I'm not sure what a inhalator is but if it has nicotine please use it with caution when wearing a patch. "

" I wouldn't use both. The purpose is to get the Nicotine out of your body. I would use a straw or chew gum if you need the hand to mouth gratification. Drink lots of juices cause lack of Nicotine will make you tired cause it lowers your blood sugar also drink lots of water to flush out the nicotine quicker. "
