" Umm, you are 14 years old and have no business smoking. Do you realize that there are over 400 chemicals in every cigarette and while your body is still developing you are doing yourself much harm?

Besides the fact that you have no business using profanity at your age. I suggest that after you are done at the doctor’s office that you head to the counselors office at school and seek some help. I hope that you will straighten out your life now before it is too late. You are in control of your destiny and you are at a time in your life that your choices are going to start to set the path for the rest of your life. Do not screw it up, ok?

The nicotine leaves your body within 72 hours .. but the doctor will still be able to tell that you have smoked. Be honest with him. "

" I know kids get curious in high school with smoking etc. But trust me- this isn't something you want to mess with. The nicotene becomes very addictive very quickly and pretty soon you are hooked. The years start going by, fast, and you can't get off. Besides all the health it robs from you, it steals all your cash too!!!!

So trust me my friend- stop now. You dont have to smoke (or curse) to be cool.... be proud of who you are just the way you are- good luck. "

" that goes double for me valley...what are you doing smoking? you WILL kill yourself, you know that, right? im 32 and the doc is already saying i have coronary artery disease from smoking. thats not too far off for you buddy, and i didnt start till i was 18. you cant fool the doc..you may be able to detox the nicotine, but the effects from smoking last long after. i guess it doesnt matter if you want to fool the doc..do you really want to fool yourself? you need to seek some help, like valley said. its up to you how your life turns out. and you are definitely not on the right track. why dont you go check out some of the other addict groups and see if they wish they had done anything different at your age. there are some adults on this planet that are worth listening to. trust me. i hope you get some assistance soon my friend..and live a long, healthy, and happy life. " Heh sweetie, nice to see you back! No "shame on you" trip from me, I know you well enough to know you're the best at guilting yourself and have no real desire to continue smoking. Many of us here started at your age! I was thirteen for that matter! I've watched you battle this addiction for a long time and only can hope you really give it up and soon. You have so much more going for you than to be amongst the smokers at your school and so on......KEEP IT QUIT MY FRIEND! "

" Hey honey, the best thing you can do is to be honest with your doctor. I'm sure he or she is looking out for your health and if you are having a problem quitting, it is best to talk about it.

Also, I saw on your page that you have a "talking doc". Talk to them about it too! You might get a bit of a lecture because sometimes adults do that when they get scared for you :) "

" No judgement from me. Yes; the nicotine from
cigarettes will be out of your system. As for
the other "shit"; I can not answer as I do not
know what other stuff you are doing.

Since you quit for four day; why not go for 5
or 6. How about trying a week or two. Good luck. "
